A controversial question...

It is up for dibate between my fellow clan mates and I as to hw dmg absorbing armor works.  One side says that one piece of armor is all you need since rune effects do not stack (ie runes of absorb/vigor etc.) so why would the dmg reduction on knight armor stack?  The other side feels that all pieces are needed since the dmg reduction is based upon the location you are hit, so if your hit in the head you need to have on a dmg reducing helmet to have the effect.

Perhaps some who actually knows how the armor works could shed some light on this dark subject.  Btw I don't want hearsay, and just what the majority of people think.  I want some who actually knows for a fact how the armor works.

Minor, Major, Superior runes do not stack. You can only have one of a type of rune (Example: Having 2 superiors isn't better than having 1, Having a superior and a Major isn't better than having just a superior). You can have as many types of runes as your armor can handle (which is 5).

well i know if armor does something when you buy it and then you put a rune in that does the same thing it works.. my helm gave me plus one to fire magic and then my rune did too.. wich leads me to believe that armor that already has an effect stacks.. i know its not exactly your situation.but best i can think..
