The next Elder Scrolls the dialogue will be good in terms of voice acting, but you can only talk to an NPC once and then can never talk to them again. Your character will be voiced, and given a dialogue wheel of 3-4 choices that end up being the same outcome no matter what choice you make. Also the choice you do, the character won't even say what it says on the dialogue wheel and say something completely different. The game will be more linear than any Elder Scrolls before it, and it will resemble very much a fantasy Bioware game. They will have removed a lot of features and made the game easier. But the story will probably be better than a typical Bethesda story, but still not nearly as good as a Bioware story. And finally amongst many other other things, quests will be incredibly simplified.

I mean, I agree that we'll probably see more voice acting (because the whole industry is moving that way) but everything else I disagree with.
For example, Elder Scrolls quests are already extremely simple and the game is already very simple / easy (thanks for nothing scaling tech). But, the Elder Scrolls are not based around strong stories, they are based around open worlds. That is their bread and butter and Skyrim was massively successful.
I've been looking around for sales figures. Skyrim has sold approximately 23 million copies on its own. By comparison, the whole Mass Effect franchise has sold approximately 14 million copies and the Dragon Age franchise has sold approximately 13 million copies. The Witcher franchise has sold approximately 20 million copies.
So, why on earth would Bethesda drop their winning formula in order to chase something else? Not only is Bethesda's formula superior from a sales point of view, they also have far less competition in the market. There are loads of tightly scripted RPGs out there offering boring linear content and stories, but there are very few offering massive worlds with a sandboxy feel.
My prediction for the next Elder Scrolls is the following:
Fixing bugs, adding textures, fixing meshes, adding quests, adding followers, fully voice acted content, all for free from the most dedicated and incredibly talented modders ever.
The opening post was more a subtle hate post toward Fallout 4 Sadly that will most likely be what the next Elder Scrolls game will be like.
