I remember that, but what I don't remember is what happened after I challenged Sam Guevenne to a drinking contest.
All I know is I woke up in the Temple of Dibella, apparently I trashed the place, stole a goat, proposed to a hagraven, and participated in some rather filthy acts of debauchery I'd rather not talk about.
After leaving the area you start & heading towards that city I was clambering down some rocky hills and noticed the giant far in the distance. I managed to obtain a bow & arrow. Everything I stealth shot was almost one shot even at low level.
Saved my game. Lined up giant and loosed my arrow.
Health went from {IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII} to {IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII }
Giant started running towards me. Ok... guess that was a mistake. BOOM orbit.
And yes, its playable on my PC. Except even vanilla Skyrim I only get 30-35 FPS (that is on a brand new PC install). And heavily modded...I still get 30-35 FPS on average lol. So my awesomly modded setup is the same performance as vanilla Skyrim. Probably all the mod fixes and performance mods. Its cause my CPU is an i5 660, and it is nowhere near good enough to run Skyrim, which is VERY CPU focused. I'm hoping I can upgrade my CPU in December or New Years with the awesome sales that happen then.
In any case, as you can see, with a good CPU and GPU, with mods, you can make it look better than most new generation games look lol
Witcher 3 has NOTHING on a modded Skyrim, and Witcher 3 is newer
My Skyrim, Fallout 4, Starbound and WoW + other game mods at MODDB:
My best moment was when I tweaked my shouts and increased the magnitude a bit and reduced the CD, then Stealhed in and used Unrelenting Force to blow Ancano out one of the windows in the College courtyard. Then I proceeded to the library.

Skyrim and Oblivion look so good because they are based off the gamebryo engine. Its an amazing game engine.
@blueturtle13 I remember seeing one, doing exactly as you said. Then, next time i saw one i thought, "ah, i know the deal here, stay away from this guy" only to then watch my stupid companion run up to it, hit it once and then fly to the moon! Stupid NPC companions!! lol
