How to create eu wow account

Im from canada and i would like to create a wow europe account but i dont know how, evrytime i try to log to eu.battle.net it switch me to us website automatic, any1 could help me with this please

    You need a VPN you cannot do it otherwise, get one you can pay for so that you can be safe.

    I would not advice you to use the numerous public VPNs as you might compromise the security of your Blizzard account. Create one safely then you can discontinue the service and log on normally after the account creation.

    If i am not mistaken you have to purchase the EU game from Blizzard store after selecting EU as your region.

    We have 2 Americans (Arizona) in our guild playing on the EU for many years. I'll try to ask them.

    I play on EU and I bought the USA version when it was sale. So now my account has both and I can choose where I want to play on the launcher options.
