Anyone know

Anyone know of a shadowrun steam workshop where you can create your entire team, not just one character. 

Or

A similar game where you can create your entire party, and not fantasy.  I have played a lot of them, so I am not going to list them all. 

I suspect that a mod or indie game is where I will need to go.
