It's a new Ubisoft game that came out yesterday. Looks like a mix of RPG with some RTS and city-building elements http://store.steampowered.com/app/374520/

    I would wait and see, What you are looking at is the scraped Settlers 8 , now they are trying to recoup some cash by pushing this out , it seems lacking in each area and other games seem to do better at ...
