So far a bunch of big hats, and no word of actual studio work. If it is an MMO, I hope all those egos have enough humility to allow diversity of ideas, otherwise it could get crazy. It has definitely got me interested though. Amazon funding mixed with all the experience could produce something really fun, or extremely invasive and money hungry.
Here's hoping they stay true to giving a quality experience for the cash they charge, and not some mobile flop. If I'm wrong and it's something awesome, I'd definitely be willing to try it.
Well if the image is suppose to be a hint it looks voxel so no thanks unless it is free to play. I will have to decide whether or not to stay subscribed to their Prime this month. Hmm ... decisions decisions???
It would be good if they made a real MMORPG, we could use a new western AAA MMO but I assume we see something that really is a multiplayer FPS with some kind of marketplace, more then a few people call that type of games MMOs nowadays.
With Whiteside, Peters, Johanson, Corpening, and more there... It's going to be an MMO. I just hope it's a good one.
I hope so too, but ask Blizzard about cherry picking their best devs and putting them together to make a nwe game - Project Titan failed so a group of top devs doesn't guarantee success.
Actually the studio is working on several games. I guess this one happens to be ready to unbox. I'm sure there is a mmo in there somewhere, along with a fps, moba, and nice rpg.

I dont think it failed. I think Blizzard decided to not be their own competition.
I think more of you should follow the actual twitter message: https://t.co/By8TPn2MNN
Here it says: "Learn about some of the PC games Amazon’s been working on"
No notes about mobile or tablets for this event.
I think they have hired too many MMO folks to not make a MMO. Lets hope they dont have so much focus on using twitch for the game that it will hurt the game overall.
Also take a look at the picture from their site, it could be from a game:
Based on that picture , i'd say.. somehow a game with LEGO graphics, ala Minecraft! So, i'll pass!
Reporter: What's behind Blizzard success, and how do you make your gamers happy? Blizzard Boss: Making gamers happy is not my concern, making money.. yes!
If they're about to reveal an MMO, the hype will most likely go off the charts !
I think Wildstar was the last "AAA" MMO from a western dev team, so the NA/EU market will be all over this new MMO like a rash.
Everyone and their dog piles into new MMO releases these days, so Amazon are most likely guaranteed good attendance at the launch. They'll most likely make a profit on launch sales alone, even if it's F2P !

Try to be excellent to everyone you meet. You never know what someone else has seen or endured.

Since ESO's release, WoW's subs have plummeted..Right there is your WoW killer..
Well, Colin will tell you it's a good one. Whether it'll deliver on that is another issue

granted a full blown MMO might put some limitation on it but what I see there is a far cry from this picture
Please do not respond to me, even if I ask you a question, its rhetorical.
