Looking for a game with community. Most MMOs these days nobody talks and nobody can be bothered making friends. I'm looking for a game where this kind of thing still matters.

I think Darkfall has a pretty good community. It will be an epic relaunch... its in beta testing right now so you can prepare for it beforehand so that you are good and ready for launch.

I wish I could recommend Darkfall, but I feel like I just can't at this time. It does have a really decent community in terms of people actually willing to talk and help other people. FFXIV has both a great and horrible community as well. I have been in the same link shell (guild) since ARR launch, and they are a great group of people. Lots of link shells always recruiting.

With ESO, you can join 5 guilds. If you pick good ones, you'll have a continual stream of chatter for you to partake in. Also, they can be very helpful.

I agree with Kyleran above, Eve has the best community in an MMO I have ever experienced. Sadly, the few bad apples get all the news coverage.

I'm hopeful that Revelation will be a decent game as far as the community aspect goes. They have a deep guild system as well as housing and social features. Hopefully they don't fall into the same traps as other eastern games, but only time will tell.
