I guess I'm the only one who couldn't stop laughing at the pretty much summarized statement. "We are Ubisoft and we are fine! Just look at the Division!"
I've enjoyed the Ubisoft games I've played. Digital rights management is annoying and I don't like it but it's here to stay. Get used to it.

I liked the very first game of Assassin's Creed coincidently the only game I played with any hope of winning . My son had to help kill some of the targets though. I liked the game very much.
I thought Assassin's Creed Syndicate was a fantastic game. My favorite shooter series is the Far Cry series. For Honor looks great. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon looks awesome. Splinter Cell Blacklist was good. The new South Park game. Child of Light. They take a ton of gruff, some deserved, yet they still make some amazing games.
I am not a fan of their regular releases. AC: Syndicate was very similar to Unity. It was a lot more optimised, I will give them that. But I'd expect more from sequels than the previous game in a different town.
Far Cry: Primal is probably the worst at this. As far as I know, they kept many of the animal models from Far Cry 4. Even the map is the same - they did not bother to move most of the water bodies or change most of the terrain.
Assassins Creed Black Flag was brilliant in my opinion. One of my favourite games. When they decide to do something completely new, they can do great stuff.
They recently released a statement, saying they are moving away from yearly releases, in favour of longer development cycles. Perhaps they are mending their ways.

Who is Mike and why are you thanking him?

For all I care, the insane DRM monkeys that are Ubisoft can go hang.
Pretty much the last installments of all their franchises were inferior to the ones that preceded them.
Maybe someone else can turn that around.
