Initial reactions: 9/10. Nice, easy to get into, easy to play. Downsides at the start: no variety in character custimization at all -- you've seen one male Night Elf, you've seen them all.
Reaction to the game after 3 months of playing -- 1/10. Takes no effort at all to level a character to the max, it's utterly lacking in an end-game, the Community l33t-speak is apalling (and seems to be a vast majority of the players), it's utterly repetitive. Get ready to get the exact same reactions from each and every NPC you meet, 'cause their dialog is give-you-their-one-line-and-that's-it. An utter bore. Battlegrounds is a joke (get in line, have fun waiting for instances that sometimes don't "open" at all). An "honor system" for accruing kills of players, NPCs, etc. that has no honor in it at all and encourages the worst behaviors in players.
This is a game that was built to attract new players and players who don't want to commit time and effort to play. Don't talk about the World of Warcraft lore, since it's irrelevant to Blizzard -- yeah, Santa and Easter eggs are part of the Warcraft lore, uh-huh.
They've got a nice, easy-to-play system that needs to be overhauled to provide long-term interest. That I can mindlessly level any character to the max in less than two weeks of play is tragic (and I don't mean just grinding).
And yes, I did go back and edit my review, to those who have been complaining about initial-hype versus long-term worth. Down substantially from my initial "wow this game is amazing" to a more realistic assessment of the game's failings.

I give it a 5/10, its an incredibly average game, nothing really innovative.
Played a 60 mage on Whisperwind, so that opinion is not un-educated.
Have fun!

PLEASE SOE MAKE A CLASSIC EQ SERVER. Shadow of luclin was a prick in EQs side. PoP Was a gun to the face.
WoW like alot of good mmo's has the same problem, at least for me.
As a game, it's amazing. I honestly believe that it is the ''best'' mmo out there interms of gameplay/graphics/story they all go do well together it truely is a well put together game.
However, I play mmo's mainly to combine a good game with a good pvp system, WoW fails miserably on the latter and as such my account is now inactive. Until a game of this size has a company that is willing to to take a chance on ''proper'' pvp servers I'm going to have to either adapt or find something that can satisfy me.

It's about 7/10, maybe 8/10
Good game but really isn't any better than the competition... and the end game is boring.
Currently Playing: Dungeons and Dragons Online.

Still in: A couple Betas
I think its a good game, its just a little weak in the class department not much variety and gets boring for me.
