No way, we'll be lucky if it's released by the end of this year. I'd bet on November being the earliest possible release.
You'd be better off looking to the Official DDO site www.ddo.com for info. The date here is, to put it politely...absurd.

No public Alpha invites have gone out. We are still in internal Alpha (Turbine/Atari/WotC folks).
The game is really shaping up, and so it may be more appopriate to actually call it Beta by that point. As of right now, we are still calling the first public phase Alpha and don't plan on changing that. But it could be that we are confident enough to start referring to it as Beta.

I'm guessing that after the game hits beta, there will be the normal last-minute beta delays that most MMOs seem to have, which will probably push the game to a Jan-Feb 2006 release.
I only forsee the December release if beta goes smooth as silk with no problems.
