I Tried Adventure Quest - Good And Bad

I sat there for about 2 hours in the same position until I got to level 13. Do you know how borning that was? How much my rist hurts now? No, you have no idea. I gave a "real" MMORPG a chance and it ended up just being level grinding.
I level up in There but its more then clicking "Attack" and "Attack". If carebare was a real word then Adventure Quest would fit into that catagory. I died only once, and well I lost nothing. Should there not be some kind of death penalty?
Maybe next time There has an update i'll sit down with WoW and make my wrist throb again. For some reason gilling pink blobs that shoot lighting at you is addicting. That reminds me, I need to play a Night Elf family on Sims 2.

Another fan of There is Leo from Tech TV. He is running a podcast and I was gonna get in contact with him about featuring There. I've met him with out even knowing who he was a few months ago.

Adventure quest isn't an mmorpg...
Your going to base your opinion of combat orientated/involved MMO's on Adeventure quest - the proclaimed "free, lunch-break-sized RPG"?
If your going to continue bashing the games a lot of people on these boards love to promote 'There' at least do it after trying a few good MMORPG's.

Ya'know Joel, I don't mind that you spout "There" just about everywhere and anytime you post, thats what it is to be a fan and believe in something and I almost admire the your diehard crazed attitude towards a game that anyone with common sense thinks of as nothing less then a do it yourself cash cow. (<-- that's more or less a joke btw)
That being said, don't you think you might be having a slighly negative affect, contrary to what your trying to accomplish. I mean every time I see you write something that of course eventually goes back to "There" I can't help but think to myself that all I want to do is stay away from the game just to avoid more "How great is There" talk.
So please don't take it personally but like I said, I think your just having the opposite affect on people like me that maybe possibly could of in the future wanted to give it a shot but decided not too to stay away from just this sort of attitude. Try to remember, everything in moderation is a good thing.

Joel why the hell are you bashing games like WoW when you've never played them?
Adventure quest isn't an MMO it's a LUNCH BREAK RPG. Did you see anyone else? No. So why are you calling it a "true" MMO?
If care bear was a real word(and it is) There would fit that catagory seeing how you don't die at all.
Adventure Quest is not a ''real mmorpg'' How about you try playing some decent mmorpgs before you go around saying they suck and ''There'' is superior. Oh wait it doesnt even matter because your an ignorant and stubborn fool.
You all do realize the only reason he wrote about playing Adventure Quest was to promote There. Nothing wrong with that except the fact that we are all sick of seeing these posts promoting There. Just keep it to one thread instead of making different threads each time you want to talk about it.
If everyone would simply ignore this troll he will eventually go away.

Thats where your wrong. I'll leave after they promise me there is no chance of a There forum. I mean the admin not mods. Thats the only reason I am here, to talk about There with people who care. But they can't stop thinking about killing Night Elves to have the time to create the forum.
There are many hardcore gamers in There, you want to know why they play There? To get away from nimwits like you! I thought I might enjoy killing "pixels" but after having to deal with you guys it makes me sick to log on here. But I have to stay, until they give us Therians what we deserve!

There won't be a There forum, not enough of the people on these baord play it. The admins aren't descriminating against you or There.

You are out there. If the BioMeks were real one day and I remembered killing them, I would first be amazed. I hope there would be some kind of investigation on the Auto Assault creators since they obviously knew something. Also I wouldn't care or feel bad about killing their fake pixel representations. I kill PEOPLE in games it doesn't bother me. It's just for fun, lighten up.

Ok killing stuff in video games is fun because...
IT'S NOT REAL! They're just PIXELS they may be your friends but to normal people they're just pixels.If biomechs someday were real and I remember killing them I would just kill them all over again using the methods I used in the game.
The second life forum doesn't have alot of threads on it. And I noticed how you were flaming the game.
People don't like There because IT'S BORING! If it were changing the face of human interaction you'd probably see it on the news or on G4 or something. And,once again, I don't want to be apart of There because it's boring.
