Like the topic title says I'm thinking of playing again but looking for a large US guild or at least a server with a TON of english speaking players.
Why may you ask, well when I've played before, while it was for a short time I did have soem bad experiences with Japanese players. Not all mind you but enough. Now I'm not new to MMORPGs, in fact I've played a LOT of them so I took to FFXI pretty easily in terms of gameplay, grouping, leveling, etc. So playing FFXI was never really a problem though I disliked the UI. So if I do come back I'd really like to get to know and join a group of english speaking players right away in order to make friends, to level, do my subjob quest, and at least help with my first advance quest.
I know finding similar level characters might be hard but with a large guild it might be easier to find those going back to do other jobs and I would be able to group with them.
So does anyone know of any? Know of any other FFXI forums where I can also ask this(only know of FFXI online?

I used to play Ragnarok but one of my friends suggested Fairy, which was the biggest english dominant server at the time. When I switched, I noticed a big difference. Don't know if Fairy still leads though.
