Not that I'm aware of. It's also near impossible to find complete games with a purchase price. If I come across any I'll list them here - shouldn't be a long list. Mobile used to get money from me, but now that we have all the micro transactions, they don't get any.
Edit: I do believe we are about to see some though. Albion Online and such..
In June is when Apple and the Playstore gave the okay for "sub based games"
-King of Thieves
Happily playing Vanilla and BC WoW, again, since September 2016.
Both include subscription options (Minecraft if you count "Realms").

Reporter: What's behind Blizzard success, and how do you make your gamers happy? Blizzard Boss: Making gamers happy is not my concern, making money.. yes!
To paraphrase sir Arthur Conan Doyle, it only takes one exception to disprove the rule.

The game I'm playing -- Marvel Puzzle Quest has both subscription options and cash shop items. I guess you could consider it strategy -- its primarily a match 3 type of game with superhero strategy elements. I did a short review on it a while back. Decent game.
Looking more for multiple games rts, rpg , or general strategy
I'm not sure why you are asking about subscriptions unless you are interested in online games, but I covered that in my first post.
Just wanted to add that Banner Saga has been a great mobile RPG experience so far. It actually got me to care about the characters in a way few games manage to do, and its world-building is vaguely reminiscent of Terry Brooks' Shannara series for me although I can't quite put my finger on it now. It is masterfully done.
This War of Mine is moody, atmospheric, and depressing. I'm almost loathe to play because I feel like my poor choices will eventually lead to the untimely deaths of these three tenacious individuals that are barely clinging to existence. It's everything great about a zombie-survival film, but in a totally believable setting.
Tengami is a beautiful, relaxing, meditative experience. It's like reading a pop-up book done in Japanese artwork, with the physical liberties of a video game.

Subscription based games are p2w. If you don't keep on paying you cant win.
