Intrepid Studios has released a beautiful new Ashes of Creation video just in time for your weekend holiday plans. It shows a caravan of travelers arriving in a winter-themed village decked out with a Christmas tree and denizens in holiday gear. All of the footage was taken in game and shows off the beauty of the game.

    I used to fall into the category of players who say "graphics don't matter, content does", but as time has gone on I really need a visibly attractive atmosphere to fully enjoy games. For such a newly announced title this has quickly become one of the upcoming game's I'm most eager to learn more about.

    Looks good to a point...

    The global blue fog lighting is imo a really bad choice,looks fake.
    As well the distance quality really drops off in short order,leading much to looking like fog/haze but up close it looks great. However i can see the quality of graphics,let's hope there is a game behind the mask.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    That "jingle bells" music is awesome. Kudos to the production. If this kind of detail and decision making is an indication of the management then I'm more than happy with how things look and how they seem to be heading.
