Elder Scrolls Online key from Best Buy

in Elder Scrolls Online
i got a giftcard for Best Buy for christmas. went to best buy with the intention of buying ESO for Windows but they didn't have any. and their website only has the original ESO available, not Tamriel Unlimited.

i'm looking for clarification that the old ESO keys will still work with activating a new account?

    Or maybe buy ESO from Amazon and buy Archeage from Target! 

    Remembering that there are people in the world not as fortunate is never a bad thing however.

    Lets get ESO to all the people in Somalia, and other war torn areas, that way they have the best Christmas of all too!
    Its all relative, a Ritz cracker might be the best Christmas of all to someone living there.
