AMD promises Ryzen in early March, Vega in second quarter, Raven Ridge in second half of 2017

If you want to know when the parts are launching, that's not an exact date, but it's more precise than AMD has said in the past. AMD is also promising a hard launch for Ryzen.
For those not up on the nomenclature, Ryzen is meant to be a high end CPU to take on Kaby Lake and Broadwell-E, Vega a high end GPU to take on the GTX 1080 and Titan X, and Raven Ridge is an APU primarily for laptops.
