    1) I don't think the fire pit has anything at all to do with placing your spawn point. You can just drop the sleeping mat down. The fire just cooks food.
    2) after you kill a mob, you need to beat the corpse to a bloody pulp to get the resources, one of the stupider mechanics. After you kill the beast then use the pick/axe to chop it up.

    Probably has something to do with the fact that the game just launched and has earned a substantial amount of players and popularity. News outlets generally cover news that is current.

    It is better to just repair your tools vs making new ones.

    How are the lags doing these days? The video was pretty horrendous when skipping through to different parts of the video.

    I am so impressed with Ripper's patience. I could not handle that desync . Looks like I can get into this but when this game is better optimized.
