Conan Exiles: Review Summary (150 hours Played)

Ahoy People,
I have spent over 150 hours playing Conan Exiles and here is a Summary of the things that I believe would make the game an amazing success.

MAIN CHANGES NEEDED:
- MAKE 3 TIERS OR RAIDING MATERIALS (Iron/Stone weapons T1, Steel & Firepots T2, Firepots, Avatars, and Catapults T3)
- MAKE TIER 3 & 4 THRALLS HARDER TO OBTAIN
- MAKE RUNNING AWAY FROM HIGHER TIER ANIMALS HARDER
- MAKE PROGRESSION THROUGH MAP REQUIRE BETTER GEAR
- REVAMP RANGED COMBAT THROWING AND BOWS
-ALLOW STAB ATTACKS WHILE BLOCKING WITH SHIELD
-MAKE AVATARS HARDER TO OBTAIN
-MAKE FIRE POTS EASIER TO OBTAIN
-DO NOT ALLOW UNRAIDABLE BASES
-MAKE CRAFTING AND LEVELING LESS GRINDY
-MAKE RECIPES HARDER TO OBTAIN THROUGH NPC CAMPS AND DUNGEONS
-ALLOW ENOUGH POINTS TO CRAFT EVERYTHING EVENTUALLY
-CHANGE RECIPE UNLOCKS TO MAKE MORE SENSE
-SEPARATE COMBAT STAMINA FROM SPRINTING AND JUMPING
-ALLOW PEOPLE TO ACCESS LOOT BOXES AND CRAFTING TABLES WITHOUT DESTROYING THEM.
I think that all of these changes are doable and would not be that difficult to implement. I am curios to hear how other people feel about the current state of the game.

BTW, I was more interested to know what you thought of the game as it stands today (you did say review).

Also, there is one other change the game needs: players with caps lock on should take double damage from all sources.
I like the stamina system. It makes no sense to be able to swing a sword and fight but not be able to sprint and vice versa. The way it is now works pretty well.
One of my wishes that would be cool is to be able to give your guards orders and strategies like patrol routes and whether they are aggressive or defensive etc. Something similar to to how you can set party and member tactics in Dragon Age etc.
Also I hate that if you come to, or take over a campfire or bonfire, you can't use it. Seems kind of silly.
Overall I'm really grooving on Exiles.
