7 Day Trial for peeps with old accounts?

in Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted

I don't suppose there is a snowball's chance of getting the 7 day trial if you are a former player (I played shortly after release for about two months)?  I looked at www.istaria.com but was unable to locate an answer.

Also, I wanted to contact Support to ask this question and to see if I could retrieve my old login information (I've long since forgotten it) but I did not see a way to do this either.

    You may be able to to head over at the community.istaria.com forums and post this in the help section or send someone, like Amon, a pm.

    I am a former user and did the trial a little while back. Had no problems, I think you just need to use a different user name.
