    I would like to suggest maybe making the page auto update with the key number, and the key generator link, so that people don't need to spam f5, maybe it would help a little, or make us click a link that will make your system email the key to the registered account upon clicking, first come first served basis, then you won't have everyone spamming f5 crashing the website
