| MY annex annex text quest 3x a day has never worked. I am 4 weeks behind on my annex faction and would like this refunded. I have some Chinese quest that I can not delete or compleat that looks like it but I caint even take the 3 daily quests please help. I tried a full reinstall of the game but it did not help. |

| I have herd from friends with this same issue that it is related to my bugged with no way to delete or cancel yellow coloered crafting quest that's called Old Utzel's Granddaughter. Like it is this is a game killing bug I am way far behind on my immortal annex faction which means I am way far behind on getting my skills upgraded and caped and I am having to buy skills with huge ammounts of money from the auction house rather then earning them through questing. Please help ! Their are even threads about how bugy the game is that make people not want to even try the game on mmorpg.com go read about how bad of reputation the game is getting. I hope some fixes are coming soon. WuChiWuGen |

| Yes from friends I hear the Old Utzel's Granddaughter bugged out quest some how is blocking the immortal annex quests from being done. |

| Also all of the curiosity quests are broken and can not be completed please take them out of the game until they are fixed. As it is we see them blinking and click on them and waste hours trying to do them when its not possible. |

| AQ 120 part quest is bugged in a lot of the steps the required item in the quest box is not the same word in the L button quest log This means players are trying to buy or find the wrong thing to do the 120 step quest. |

| Also I caint buy the fashion pack ! or another founders pack. Which means when premium time runs out you will loose my money lol. the quest-job that I am pretty sure is blocking me is named Old Uzel's granddaughter others are having this same issue. Its kinda game breaking because I am so far behind on my daily 3x quest for immotal annex text  . |

| Ok so you are running a game that you caint fix ? So how can I advance my immortal annex to keep up with non buged players ? Will you ever get the "tools" you need to fix it and refund my lost faction since day one ? If you are not going to fix and refund then I need to stop paying and playing now. You don't sell cars you can not fix that are broken, I will post this all over the web sites. Also I caint buy the fashion pack ! or another founders pack. Since my charcter is bugged I can not buy from the shop the items are red. |
