Are they selling in-game advantages?

2 - There is a lot skills to learn, 100 points to master each one. And every player only have 400 points to spend.

They actually are selling stuff in the store that can be seen as an advantage. The justification is that its also stuff you get for subbing (20 bucks a month).
The most important one is the death insurance which losers the amount of skill points you lose in case of death. That helps grievers, although white knights claim it isnt that big a deal, but its still 30 points for the max one. And in a game with the grind this one has 30 points is a long long time. They also sell 2x experience (for the aforementioned skills/stats) its only an hour a day once per 24 hours but still an advantage. Theyre relatively inexpensive.
The cosmetics however are outrageously priced. I suspect because if you sub you get a free cosmetic unlock per month. So I suspect theyre trying to coerce people into subbing by over charging for the cosmetics. And if people want to spend a few bucks on the 'gods favor' coins and buy some insurance even better.
