Look at the bright side :)

A big publisher believes that a "must use that mushy grey matter between the ears" style of game is worth investing in.

from a gaming content perspective its a de-investment. Meaning if they ever make a squeal it will be watered down.

We can only hope that they will/can accomplish that through level of difficulty options.

they will likely just turn the next version into a kids mobile apps with maybe 4 controls
oh...AND with a 30 min intro scene you cant escape from.

then you get a 10 min inescapable cut scene after you attach each part

Why buy it now?  Hasn't this game run it's development course?  It was hot a couple of years ago, but I don't hear much about it now until this article.

good question....dont know but i agree...kinda odd timing

well the developers themselves (the people) got hired by Valve. So if this was Zenimax buying the game then it would be to seal opportunity to sue them over anything they might be able to connect in the future..not sure if Take Two is that evil though

I think the Kerbals themselves are very marketable, cute little guys.

I can see a Kerbal Space Program movie "To De Mun and Beyond!" ;)

It's a unique game and I hope they don't try to take it in a new direction.

“There are certain queer times and occasions in this strange mixed affair we call life when a man takes this whole universe for a vast practical joke, though the wit thereof he but dimly discerns, and more than suspects that the joke is at nobody's expense but his own.”
