Anyway we could get the new Warhammer Online game on the game list and a folder for it in the "Games In Development" area?

    Today's Poll Says it was cancelled.  and most people who have voted so far are most disappointed with it.

    Mythic just announced Warhammer they never canceled it. I think you are thinking of the old company that was running it.

    Take no thought of who is right or wrong or who is better than. Be not for or against.

    Yea... the original was cancelled like a year ago, but in May or so Mythic (developers of smash hit DAoC) announced that they have acquired the license from Games Workshop and picked the game back up for a 2007 release.  So I was referring to the new one for which a folder should be made.

    I'm glad then, I knew it had been cancelled before, and I assumed it was cancelled again.  It's just the nature of Games Workshop PC games for some reason.

    I've always wondered why they didn't do Warhammer 40K online, instead of Warhammer.  I mean don't get me wrong, I love the Warhammer world, but the 40K universe, leaves alot more room for expansion and such.   *shrug*

    Hopefully they can get Warhammer Online up and running, and if they do, who knows??

    I agree totally. Most of the MMORPG's are in fantasy settings and making a 40k game (could be based on GW's Necromunda or simular) would give less competition but perhaps also a smaller amount of people wanting to play?

    Might be that everybody wants to be an elf and florish a sword or at least it looks like thats what the developers think image

    Eldar are Elves, basicly, so I suppose it must be the sword thing???  however, there are powerswords.  I think it's just the same problem LucasArts keeps having.  The idea that,..."Hey, they did that, and they are really popular, so we should do it too, instead of coming up with our own ideas."

    Almost every game lucas arts ever came out with was the same thing.  X-wing was one exception, and SWG Used to be the other, untill WoW came out.  Now they've played copycat to it also, and it's "Galactic Battlegrounds/Age of Empires" all over again.
