Man the previous posters are rude. I think the interview shines some light on what this game will be like, though not too much was a surprise.

The world needs more MOBAs said no one ever.

If there's any video game space that's harder to break into than MMOs, it's MOBAs. So best of luck to NCSoft.

It was a damn solid interview Ginaz. Clothing choice never made a difference at all in the quality of one's work. An interesting thing I'd like to point out here is the fact that the NCSOFT employee interviewed received no comment on his style choices. Now with that in mind, based off of what you said and him not receiving criticism for his "Threads", at least not from you, you would consider him to be more professional due to this? Then why can't he even speak into that microphone properly so we could consistently hear or understand what he was saying? Being a professional and all.

In his defense, that's really the sound person's job (or whoever is doing the recording), and failing to get a proper mic check, then it falls onto the shoulders of post-production where they shouldn't have difficulty amplifying the voice from that sound channel or worst case scenario making a ton of cuts and just increasing volume when the quiet person is talking.

It's a lazy product, I get that it might not be in someone's wheelhouse, but take pride in whatever you do.

There is proper dress for such an interview and this guy looks like he belongs in a circus... It has nothing to do with "growing up" and everything to do with "respect" something your generation has a total lack of.
You are either really old, or really young, I am going with the first. Else you really have no buisiness talking about an entire generation in a condescending way.  Steve Jobs always wore casual clothes as do many REALLY higher ups in a company like, say, Google. Suits are for the middle class, didn't you get the memo?

'the only way he could nail it any better is if he used a cross.'

    Kyleran on yours sincerely

'But there are many. You can play them entirely solo, and even offline. Also, you are wrong by default.'

Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.

It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.

It is just huge resource waste....'

In replay to Rusque, yes you are right. The sound issue should have been fixed before posting the video. But seriously. Tell that lazy ass to hold the mic up and speak clearly. So many excuses for lazy people anymore. Not that I haven't grown accustomed to NCSOFT being a nosediving company directly due to their own mismanagement and LAZINESS!! In all fairness the interviewer could have been sporting a Toga and pimp cup and still nailed himself a solid interview.

For anyone on the fence about this game I'll add this. I have played it and it is very well done. After a long day of work, running children around, cooking, cleaning, and laundry, it's nice to be able to sit down with my daughter and relax a lil bit on the game. If you all could here the laughter from my child when I get her playing those mini games, you wouldn't be able to help but smile. Top it off with it being free and the ability to earn currency in the game and it's a solid title that I fully believe will bring joy to a lot of different types of Gamers.

WTF is up with these comments? The interview was fantastic and the game is incredible.

How many of you commenting have actually played the game? It's a superb experience with a ton of choice and a very generous learning curve.

    Thanks for the video.
