Stat Scroll question

I havent played Ko very long and im curios about Stat scroll,Hp Scroll,Increase Defese and attack % scrolls, lots of people sell them but its always 30 scroll's so i wonder, do they work only for some minutes or so or are they permantly cause sometimes they used 1 but never more.
Thx for all replies of u more experienced users. 
My search skills kinda sucks so i could not find any other post about this, so if there is any other sry for making a new post about it.

its always 30 cause the limit of things to b put in a slot is 30.

The reason they are sold in groups of 30 is because they are bought from the Power-Up store, and can only be bought in groups of 30, and cannot be seperated. And yes, you are correct, each of those stat scrolls last for 30 minutes each.
