Anyone else having connection problems to Steam today?  I've had trouble logging in and I'm currently downloading a demo at 5.8 KB/s...

    It happens periodically to me. About once or twice a week.

    Yesterday I was getting 1.5 KB/s and Speedtest was giving me 125 Mbps. It's either on their end of somewhere in-between.

    Yeah, it happens to me every few days.  My internet connection to everything else seems to be fine when it's happening.
