in City of Heroes
Is it illegal to look at bug sites? Does NCSoft have any sort of code that can track if I am reading an exploit and dupe site for City of Heroes out of personal curiousity? I do not plan on cheating any, I just came across http://exploitsrus.home.insightbb.com with some CoH exploits and clicked it just to see what was on the other side.

    To answer your question directly: Unless it's a Hack you use directly on your program, No, NCSoft can not track what websites you visit. If it's a Hack, I wouldn't even trust it to download onto my computer.
