During today's Gamescom presentation, the Heroes of the Storm team released a spotlight video for the next character headed to the Nexus: Warcraft's Kel'Thuzad. The video shows off his abilities and how he will alter the face of game play when he is released.

    You can fully earn the heroes in game through lootboxes or getting money leveling hearos etc (you get lootboxes when leveling too) there are many ways to get him beyond just "buying" him with r/l money.
