Anyone having some serious performance issues in the beta? My computer is maybe 5 months old so It definitely has no trouble exceeding the recommended specs.  I'm usually between 8-20 FPS.  I'm not too worried though.  It is beta, and they have almost 2 months to polish it.
It actually runs great for me. The first thing I noticed was how well it ran considering how good it looked. Have you downloaded the latest nvidia drivers? I know they have a release that was meant to work well with destiny 2.
I have not.  First thing I'll do tonight.  Thank you very much for the suggestion  .

People on reddit are reporting that it's incredibly well optimized.
If that's the case it must be on my end.

Yeah, it doesn't run like a port.

Ok, so updated drivers and game still ran like shit.  10-20 FPS.  After playing around with the settings.  I changed my window mode to "Windowed Fullscreen" and my game immediately jumped to 75+ FPS.  Shrug.

sry but wtf has this 3player coop game to do on mmorpg side.. but hey lets get over this.
Reasons why not to buy are, the gameplay... its by far the worst fps i have played in the past years.
If you wanne play a lootbased shooter play warframe its 10 times better, its faster, it has crispy movement and it plays like a really pc game, not like a console port with a retarded double jumpboost on rails.
    fuck this sponsored bs...

As I played the beta tutorial I couldn't wait until release, the release of wolfenstein 2 that is.

I just bought it through the Blizzard Launcher. Man their platform is slick. I bought it, installed it, and am waiting for the 29th.

If you play on multiple platforms make sure you link all your accounts together on Bungie's site.
If you bought it, you get to play on the 28th. :)
Hey @BillMurphy any idea when on the 28th we will be able to get in game?  Can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
I know I'm not Bill Murphey, but I found a 10 AM time here:

I don't believe you!  It's time to drop the facade, Bill.

I know that when I loaded it, it tried to run at something just shy of 4k.  I dropped it to my monitor's native rez of 1080P, and it ran great.

Switching to windowed may have done that for you?
