What the heck is going on with Daybreak??

Few weeks back we could not log in at all for 5 days.....not DB's fault tho.....no compensation offered! Now the launcher is broken.
Probably also not their fault! And our auto renewals are not working.....as are our ability to flat out cancel our subs for those "stuck in limbo" accounts.....
Anybody know what the heck is going on??? Is this the end of EQ2???
