Blizzard has put out a new retrospective look about the recently unveiled Overwatch animated short, "Rise & Shine". In it, viewers learned the backstory of Mei and how she came to be part of the group headed up by Winston.

    Shorts?? that would hardly be story telling.Shorts would be cool videos with no other purpose than to intrigue gamer's to join and perhaps buy from some cash shop if sold in a CS.
    Yes i love movies,i think these can be cool and are but in reality,they have VERY little to nothing to do with the actual gameplay,they really are just marketing ideas,something Blizzard does a LOT of. To tell the truth,i could enjoy watching the videos way more than playing OW.Similar ,i enjoyed the Warcraft movie but not the game. So it proves to me ,Blizz is better at marketing than game design.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
