Trion Sub Model

Why hasnt trion offered a sub model similar to sony all access (daybreak whatever) ? I like archeage, I like defiant, and I like rift but I just don't feel the sub is worth it. one sub all three boom worth it. wish they would consider this sigh

    I dont think that model worked for Sony Online Entertainment hence the sale of that division to Daybreak.  That is my "off the top of my head" guess.

    Sony's All Access Pass was originally $25.  Trion is making $45 a month for 3 games, they might consider $30 or maybe $25 but not $15.  The reason they make good games is so players will pay for good games.  If players wont pay, they are not customers.

    But like @Talonsin said, it probably just isn't cost effective to offer such deep discounts in this economy.

    F2P means you get what you paid for. Pay nothing, get nothing.
    Even telemarketers wouldn't think that.
    It costs money to play.  Therefore P2W.

    They already have one of the better sub options. Where they sell subs for cash that people can buy in game.

    When its worth playing I always use a few of the REX I have bought over the years. Archeage has it too but I havent played that one in forever but I know I have whatever it is left because I was buying that as fast as I could back when it was worth playing.

    So basically they you have a sub for free. Because if you play any amount of time at all it doesnt take much to buy a months worth of sub time.

    Are not Defiant and Atlas free to play cash shop games by now,i can't imagine anyone subbing to Defiant.So that would leave Rift,i would not pay a larger sub fee just to have access to a game i consider f2p "Atlas" and another dead game in Defiance.
    Overall picture,cash shops are not good for any game and if trying to double dip with bot hCS +sub shame on that developer.

    Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.

    Hard enough to keep up with the gear curve in ArcheAge if you obsessively main game it. I can't imagine playing AA and still having time to play another MMO on top of it.

    Vanilla Rift was worth a Sub. Storm Legion, no matter how hot they made Crucia, was not.

    Yeah but both are population hurt and I would put money towards a sub for both. I will admit I forgot they had games other than those three. Atlas and Delvian never pulled my attention and I lost interest in Trove after the revamp.
