How about removing the accuracy penalty on guns based on rarity?

It's stupid how bad it's the reticle on white/green guns.

Its painful how bad it is, honestly this feature alone makes the game such shite - because you start questioning your sanity. Its like there is no way I am that bad a shot - and then you realize the weapon accuracy is absolute trash.

Whoever thought this was a viable idea..... /facepalm

Who uses white or green weapons though? If you are using those you are screwing yourself in more ways than not being able to aim well. Those schematics and weps are meant to be collected, recycled, dropped.

Not everyone has good RNG luck. I have to agree with DMKano. Sure the optimization is better in FORTNITE. But it lacks the weapon customization and gunplay of PUBG. Fortnite will always be the poor man's PUBG.

Then why have them if nobody uses them?

Thats the whole point, they dont belong in game at all. Not in battle royale mode.
In PVE they add points to your collection bar when you collect them or give you resources when you recycle them so they serve their purpose there.

In Battle Royale aka kamikazee mode they are possibly meant to give you a feeling of happiness or dread depending on what you found?

Accuracy shouldn't be a factor in the rarity in battleroyale.

Weapon damage, reload speed, etc "sure", but not accuracy. The average rarity you will find is blue, maybe 1 purple if lucky. Blue ranked guns aren't even that better in accuracy, but certainly not as bad as white/green rarity guns. Why should the game be decided by who was the most lucky person? Shouldn't it be on skill?

Aiming at someone, and seeing your bullets miss due to having a white/green gun is so frustrating, that I haven't tried the game mode again.

Yeah, for a competitive multiplayer game mode...  That's pretty garbage.

In PVE as you move up in weapon grades the improvements as you progress are significant and designed well in the sense that you can feel yourself get stronger when you upgrade. Fortnite pvp is 100% free entertainment so maybe they figured it isn't worth it to spend any money on adjusting the weapons from PVE for PVP since the PVE part is where people actually spend money.

Who knows why it is the way it is for the battle royale mode only epic knows but my guess is that pvp was an afterthought that is now there as a demo to allow people to try out the game and they won't invest too many resources into it cause there is really nothing in that mode that generates any income.

I don't know, the game mode seems to be one giant lottery.
You didn't run into anyone the whole game, while picking up awesome weapons and tools, then ran into the other 2 remaining players battling it out and killed the victory with one shot? Loto Winner!

    Well that is another subject.

I'm talking about aiming at someone who didn't see you, miss half the shots due to having a terrible accuracy system in place, and dying to said person because his shots hit while yours didn't.
