Gloria Victis News - Gloria Victis has been updated with a new patch that brings the GvG Skergard Castle into play. Guilds can fight to gain control of the location that is poised atop a snow-capped peak. Over time, this feature will bring benefits to those groups controlling the castle in the form of workshops, taxation, and much more.

I love the idea and a lot of the game. I just hope that relatively soon they can get better combat and AI into the game so it feels better to play. Although it is really fun to play, it just doesn't feel great in combat.

I've been following and rooting for this game for years. I'm sad to say even this "updated" combat isn't good enough to retain me or any of the other dozens of hardcore rvr players I play with currently looking for our next game.

You should join the GV discord and give your feedback (they're pretty chill, the developers and some of the player base is pretty toxic)

yah I can't even bother playing more than 10 minutes at a time, I once had hope for it, but my time is limited, I check it out every update to see. Just really not interested anymore, I was probably one of the first 200 or so people who backed it as well
