You may be thinking that because I asked whether or not Destiny 2 was a mistake that I don’t like the game. On the contrary, amid the sheer chaos that is this year’s game release schedule, Destiny 2 is one of a few I keep coming back to time and again. Finally on the PC, Bungie’s Sci-Fantasy MMO-like shooter is something special. Not without its faults, Destiny 2 feels right at home on the PC and the future's looking bright. This is our Destiny 2 PC review.

Btw you should add in the Pros their exceptional support, oh wait they don't have such an option at all...
First time I play a game which doesn't have any way to contact support other than to open a thread on their forums and pray that someone bothers with your pathetic issues.. like c'mon they already took your money what more do you want from them, right?
I use an android app called Ishtar Commander that lets me view and manage all characters and vaults inventory while playing the game to make sure good gear transfers to the right character.
I also like games such as The Division and Homefront: The Revolution so this fits right in with the type of games I play.

It's like an MMO in essence, but without the real carrot to keep going. The loot/reward system only gets more and more frustrating, and it's just...
Destiny 1 put so many quality of life/good features and systems in place over its life cycle. Destiny 2 seems to have thrown a lot of those improvements out the window, which is odd.
For everything Destiny 2 does better than Destiny 1, there is something else it does worse.
It's frustrating, but at the same time - lots of other good games to play right now.
Only a month until more content and (hopefully) more tweaks from the live team to bring it closer to the good vibe Destiny 1 had going towards the end.
Also, 4K patch incoming with Osiris in December, so yay!
I'd disagree on the loot on the opposite side of the spectrum. If I were to say anything negative about the loot system, it's that it's all very anti-climactic. I love the idea of continuous progression and always getting better loot, but actually getting that loot just isn't all that exciting since it happens so frequently. So I think that what they suffer from more than anything now is that they give away the carrot constantly. You can hit max level without even EVER doing any end game raids or dungeons. It's the ultimate casual.

Nothing wrong with not liking a game but try and keep your obvious bias agenda out of it.

Two hours doesn't even get you to the 2nd area or the ability to play with other people which is where the game is best .
Maybe the game starts to get amazing after the 10th or 11th hour of playtime, Unfortunately i can bring myself to actually get the far
Aloha Mr Hand !
Why do i feel like im being put on trial for simply not liking destiny 2 lol
Am i the only person here who has ever put a few hours into a game and simply not liked it?

You nailed it. This is something that was inadequately explained and I have no intention of going outside the game to research one I can't play. The plot was incomprehensible and most of the characters were meaningless. I got a few chuckles out of the Failsafe stuff and enjoyed the Cayde things (because I find Fillion funny despite the fact that I wasn't "in" on the jokes due to the lack of my history with the character). Basically, there's just some giant round spaceship called The Traveler for no apparent reason. And the bad guys got it. Or something like that. My light is gone? Guess I need new batteries. Whatever, back to the shootin'.
The zones are uninteresting, same old enemies...
Most games (SWL) have me going outside the game for information so extra research is not a problem for me and it's nice to have a fill-in on the story as short as it is. I'd do the same with ME if I haven't played the first one or it was console only for the first one.
Yep, nothing wrong with saying a game is not for you. One size does not fit all.
