The CEO of Gazillion has been accused of despicable behavior. Disney owns Marvel. Disney doesn't want their name or the Marvel name associated with such behavior. That's most likely why they decided to pull the plug.

Disney doesn't give a crap about some boob-grabbing pervert (not sure what he did). If that was the reason, they would've simply replaced him.

All Disney cares about is $$$$$$$$$. Once the $$$$$$$ starts coming in slow, they will axe you in the back.

Yeah, that's Disney's bread and butter right there. If they let some 3rd party developer tarnish their image that would just be insane on their part. Not sure about this whole moving to another developer thing though. Will be interesting to see down the road if it does

I've foreseen that, as many others, since the new Project of Avengers was announced from En Mass and Marvel. To be honest, I am truly glad that they pulled the plug, since the game was growing to be boring and too repeatable. As far as I know the branch will be transferred over to Square Enix, and they will be the new developers of any future Marvel Game. It was about time, some far more better studio to take on the Marvel Branch and make it a reality. I do have high hopes for En Masse and Square Enix that they will manage to pull out the best MMORPG ever with Superheroes, just look at Final Fantasy Branch, and few other games for which En Masse is responsible. Now for such game developed by those studios I am more than okay to pay monthly fee if such great studio is behind it.

I hope the creators got their money's worth!! Y'all(yes i know it isnt a word) this is very disappointing
Some of us love to game and spend what money they have on it. This was one of my fist experience playing with an open world. If anything I hope they rerelease a new version and rereturn our purchased items. I don't know how any human being could be like this!!

My favorites in game were Iron man, Deadpool, Cyclops and Thor. I'm gonna miss the game, I played off and on since beta. I bought the avengers pack originally.
