Spent 20 minutes sifting through Steam and saw nothing remotely good. The few titles i see that are decent have a problem that has been hampering a lot of games....poorly design UI which turns me off. I can't stand having tons of complicated keyboard buttons to remember and manipulate,it makes gameplay extremely cumbersome,i want relaxing gameplay not cumbersome.
So it has been a difficult time trying to find games in the genres i play,either stale/dated or just too cumbersome,seems devs can't get the simple things right.
Over the last 3-4 years,there has only been 2 games mentioned that really caught my eye,the mention of a FFXI remake for mobile and an new Age of Empires,all other games have too many issues for me to want to play them,yet i have gone on a whim several times and been disappointed every time.I would say the Sorcery King and Dishonored are the only games i was happy with "on a whim" purchases.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
Steam Rift sale Ascended pack. Every soul in the game for 20 bucks. Been waiting for that one for a long time. I only had the basic souls. Talk about making some crazy builds.

Besides that I got Dauntless, Immortal Planet and Vaporum. Not really impressed by most sales tbh.

'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'
