Really? I haven't played in a few months but I never remember loading screens being a big deal in this game.
Seems like a good promotion. I actually updated the game the other day with the intent on doing some Cyrodiil but work has been busy lately and I've not had time to play. I'll definitely jump on for the Dungeon Event
Check your computer...
No problems here. In fact, shit loads very very quickly
SSD
Or go even more up-to-date with your hardware and do M.2
Since I've upgraded to M.2 it makes SSD feel like an old school platter HDD. Plus you will never know what Loading Screen Simulator is ever again. Don't blame a game because your computer is 5-7 years old.
Sure I'm still newbie here but so far I've been very nicely surprised.

Heaps of happy console players too!
ESO's had notorious loading screen issues since launch, that is traveling to and within Cyrodiil. Early on there were many permanent loading screens, it was a big enough issue where ZOS claimed they had no more in an ESO live episode a year+ ago, and many players posted videos following that of them still being ingame. As of now, ESO still has loading screens of upwards from 5-10 mins within Cyrodiil. It's a known feature pvpers have to deal with and they almost always control-alt-delete and close the process then re-launch to get back into game significantly quicker than waiting the whole loading screen duration.

Which picture? All I see is the movie link and on the link to the ESO website there are several pictures.

I bought the game at release and bought the ps4 transfer copy thing and have not experienced any long loading times.
Must be an issue for the pvp part only which I haven't tried yet.

While we continue to work on fixing this issue fully, we’re going to be making two changes to an upcoming incremental patch. First, we’re going to be reverting to the old pipeline which doesn’t have this issue, but may affect how quickly you see other characters loading in (this will essentially be the same as it was before Clockwork City). Further, we’re introducing a new failsafe that will force your load screen to drop after two minutes if it is only waiting on textures. This patch is currently with first party certification for testing; the patch for PlayStation 4 and PC/Mac will be published next Tuesday, November 28. The patch for Xbox One requires a bit more time with first party certification, and we’re targeting a publish during the week of December 4.

When they first launched the game I experienced immensely long loading times. Especially on startup. But no more.
