So, what is CCP's (Eve Online) new mmorpg?

CCP (Eve Online) is recruiting for a "new and highly ambitious mmorpg" so say the articles:

Their recent layoffs & office closures, as they ended VR projects, doesn't seem to have put them off new developments.

So, any clues as to what this new mmorpg could be?

    I can only hope they would make some sort of survival or king of the hill style game, with 50-60 player lobby servers, and call it an MMO. The market is pretty lacking in this department. Could probably be funded well with some of of box you can buy in a cash shop, that has a chance at giving cool items or loot.

    Going to go the same way as World of Darkness/VtM.... As in mishandeld, squanderd and finally shuttered. 


    CCP struck gold once... I´d doubt they could even find clay i a field these days.

    You can be certain it will have cash shop and would not be the least surprised if they  made ISK a part of it.

    This seem to catch everyone by surprise so my assumption is they got some investor involved.Soon you banter about cash shops and tell them you can make a game real cheap aka PubG's and LOL of the world ,investors look with wide open eyes and drooling mouths.

    With how CCP manages their releases it's probably going to be for VR, and only supported on headsets that stopped updating drivers/firmware a year before it released.
