Maybe that's an opportunity for enhancement.
There's literally no way to synergize the 1999 CMS backbone of the site with the forums. We're lucky we get the import of the title and the first paragraph.
You guys need a major revision (read: complete rebuild). Invest in a hammer to whack things about, a developer who will listen to what you say, a clear mind to think of lay out what you really need, and a supply of adult beverages for the inevitable party.
I'm thinking 'no money'.
