Unable to access Account Management!!

This is really starting to piss me off now.
I am trying to log into the account management page, with no success since I registered the damn thing.
I can log into the game no problem.
This is appaling customer service, and I'm not prepared to phone a premium US number to cancel my account.
Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know what I can do?
