Tears of the sun is incredibly unrealistic in manners of warfare. Anybody who knows a bit about combat, would know, if we should just take one example, that if you fight RPG squads, you would create a perimeter, for gods sake not stay together in a small area, but yet have contain coherency within your squad. Can't even remember if it was delta force, Force Recon, Navy Seal, or whatever special force they were from, but it's completely stupid.
G.I. Jane. Even the name makes me mad. G.I....... thats means ground infantry for the love of god, and she is training to be a Navy Seal, which is actually impossible stated by the very Navy Seal. Furthermore, if she could be allowed in the Navy Seal, she wouldn't be booted because of Pictures of her, since they still have the don't ask, don't tell policy(I know that also counts for gays), so it wouldn't matter.
