Best Ownage on my part.. was dropping a Veteran Marine with my Assault Marine (which are known to be under powered).. in Warhammer 40K Eternal Crusade.
Egotism is the anesthetic that dullens the pain of stupidity, this is why when I try to beat my head against the stupidity of other people, I only hurt myself.
I wish I had some of my old Lineage 2 siege videos where a guild would send 1 party of 7 to the field and kill over 100 and then simply move on to the next castle.
I used to pk in Diablo 2 hardcore, no hacks, and i would take a lol 12 character a pikazon or whatever, go in and hostile everyone higher level than me. Then I'd go attack them and son usually. I also did it with a lol 13 character in a level 30 to 40 area

I do have a story. During Tequatl in GW2, every time I drag a Bloated Creeper onto a zerg of 50 players with my thief's scorpion wire and people don't move and it explodes defeating 20 players in one glorious boom. It's especially funny when you drag it onto the dragon chest at the end of the event. Everyone is checking out their loots, not expecting that they are standing in a red circle. xD

That's PvP of a different kind.
My most delicious PvP ownage was in DCUO.
I played on a PvP server and a few months after release I was leveling an alt, was probably just about halfway to max level, and a max level player who was killing and griefing others in a low level area attacked me and I beat him senseless despite him having a good 15+ levels on me.
I camped the nearest respawn and after a couple more times of beating him, he literally logged out in the middle of a fight thinking I'd just lose interest, but I stayed exactly where he logged out and about 10 minutes later he logged back in, at the same place, and I took him down again.
It was a dick thing to do on my part I guess, but he was the one killing newbs, and I he had a huge advantage.
Back in time i was playing WoW and didn't log off when i had to go to have a shit. I was about finished when i heard someone was working on my toon in game. I took my time, no rush, came back to my comp and put him out of his misery.
Some mention should be made of Fansy the Famous Bard, who, as a level 4 character on a "no rules" EQ PvP server, managed to wreak total havoc. You can google Fansy Famous Bard and read about it. I don't want to link it because there is a lot of bad language.

Does standing inside trees (not a mistype) and setting up Middies and Hybies for an ambush pasting in DAOC count? I was too low a level to fight, but I could still scout and stay invisible inside trees.
Well, here are 25 Vendetta Online PKs from my perspective:
...but the greatest of all time would have to be that player who discovered how to down the ArcheAge server at will. The thread is great; no one believes him at first, then he's all "count to ten", rains down fire and fury, and the non-believers are converted on the spot.

Can't say I've ever really been able to do a huge amount of ownage.
What I've generally found is that the skill ceiling in most MMORPGs is pretty low, so the ability to own people has generally come down to gear imbalance or class imbalance. So, had some good times in SW:TOR battlegrounds on my Jedi shadow winning various 1v6 or 1v7 situations with health to spare. Some of it was my player skill, but most of it was just serious gear imbalance.
Same sort of thing in WAR, though at least there group skill was very important. So, had some lovely scenarios where my 6man premades would just dominate scenarios, getting 500-10 type scores. Also had some really good raids where our guild raids of 24 could occasionally take on twice our number or more.
However, I tend to take more pride when I know that the numbers are pretty even going in.
So, I remember in early LotRO days I was in the Delving of Fror (PvP dungeon) with some guildies. Think there were 8 of us and we ran into a group of 10 high ranked creeps from the best (only...) creep guild. The fight lasted about 20 minutes and was incredibly close the whole way through with both sides having to fight off tough npcs as well as each other. We eventually won with one man left standing but it was a really epic fight and I was proud we won. That sort of fight means more to me than any domination could which is why it still sticks with me 10 years later.

It was during Vanilla WoW. (When I thought WoW had the best PVP). I played an Arcane/Frost Mage.
So I was que'd in a Warsong Gulch and popped in. I got stuck in midfield because there was a certain Druid and Paladin who absolutely hated me from the Emerald Dream server. (I was on Kalecgos at the time). Everytime they saw me they would try and kill me. They were good battles. I remember I fell behind and was chasing down the EFC (enemy flag carrier) in mid field. So what do you know, that Druid and Paladin see me and ignore their EFC to kill me. So in lieu of that, a Warrior a Priest and a Warlock decided they wanted to join and 5v1 me. I knew I was dead.
The Paladin was almost dead then he bubbled so as I was attacking the feral druid I was charged from the Warrior. I kited the Warrior and killed it. I made sure to save my Counterspell for the Priest heals. After the Warrior was dead, I targeted the warlock. Luckily I was an Undead Mage, death coil was a pain.
Now during all of this chaos, I had to keep up my Ice Barrier and Mana Shield and keep on eating my mana gems. A stealth undead rogue comes up and starts watching me 5v1 these guys. I am like kiting doing damage to everyone, and trying to live. I remember being so stressed. I typed in /say a few times, "dude sap one please, help". Dude just sat there and watched. I was so pissed lol.
So by the end of it. I killed the Paladin, Warrior, Priest, Warlock then Druid. I maybe had 2 or 3% of health left. The rogue bandaged me at the end and simply said, "I wanted to see if you could do it. Please join my pvp guild" lol. He allegedly took video it all. I never seen it. I had screen shots. Don't have them anymore. HDD died years ago and I didn't back it up.
To this day, I have and will probably never have win a 5v1 ever again lol
In SPVP GuildWars 2 maybe over a year ago, as a Guardian with my own build holding a point for over 5min against 2 guys with the "GO Meta or go Home" builds and then a 3rd one for another 2 minutes until my team came to my rescue, that was intense
Most Recently BDO Killing 3 guys from the same guild in the cave spot at Fogans, then they declared so i just kept farming them - Witch OP
But as far as fun and killing machine goes it has to be me and my friend in War Hammer Age of Recoking T1 Battleground( i dont remember the exact name it had) killing the entire enemy team over and over as they ran out from the spawn location! Good times
I've only 5v1ed once as well. The cool part was that I was on equal footing stat-wise with the guys I did it to. I was playing Freelancer (Not technically an MMO but it had a persistent open world and could have up to 50 players at a time) and there was this new guild disputing our territory claim over the Liberty system. They all had eagles (same ship I flew) with class 9 and 10 weapons (same class of guns I used) and the best shields possible.
Unfortunately for them, they weren't very good, and while my aim was middling my evasion techniques were 2nd to none.
I'm out flying around in the Sigma systems and 5 of them happen upon me. Encouraged by their numbers they decide to engage. They all open fire and I go evasive and wait for them to make mistakes. They did, and one by one I took each one down and then let my shields recharge before engaging the next. It's been long enough I can't recall if they even scratched my hull or not but I'm fairly sure if they did, it wasn't significantly.
In Darkfall I also had some really cool fights when my newb guild went to war with another newb guild because they attacked an ally. In one particular fight I found one of them at the bank down in humanlands and was able to jump him since our guilds were at war. I start putting arrows in him and he goes tearing out of town with me on his heels. Little did I know that right outside was the rest of his guild. Like 5-7 more guys. I whip out my greatsword and just start going berserk. Their guys weren't trained effectively enough to really take full advantage of their numbers as Darkfall was full manual aim so friendly fire is very possible. The guys I was on were running around giving me back hits on them while the rest failed to effectively support them. By the time I went down there were only 2 of them left standing, and it took them long enough to take me down that right as I went down my guildies started arriving.
The great part was the guild leader had swiped to get his guildies into that gear they didn't know how to use. Not only was my gear recovered by my guildies. We received all of their sets of gear they swiped for.

Logic, my dear, merely enables one to be wrong with great authority.
lol how about killing a SWG Customer Service Rep (CSR) , not mine but a classic none the less. Bigger picture
