Warhammer: Vermintide 2 for an old fart?

Hey guys,
I want to get something with decent graphics for my upcoming, new PC. The problem is, everything with good graphics seems to be the FPS type. I'm old and slow and uncoordinated. Would Warhammer: Vermintide 2 be a viable option? Is it all super twitchy and fast reaction times, or is there a class that isn't that way so much?
Or, can you think of any other games I might want to try?
