He states that most mobs die in 1 to 2 hits until you get max level.. what's the point of the game then? Why even put all that effort into building a world when you basically let the players bypass it?

It's interesting that they took the opposite approach of the normal K-Mmo in that regard. For me, I guess it all depends on what happens when I reach max level.
If it's going to come fast and easy then there better be a shitload of content/progression for me at that point. Kinda doubt it though.

This could be a difference between eastern and western games. I know in Lineage 2, as a dark elf caster, we tried to kill mobs in 1 or two hits to get better xp over time. If you did 3 hits you would run out of mana to quickly, even if you used the skills that would get you more mana over time.
In truth I don't remember "while leveling" ever having mobs that took too long to kill. Not in a grind game.
Like Skyrim? Need more content? Try my Skyrim mod "Godfred's Tomb."

I think the further you got into L2 the longer the mobs took to die, but the most efficient were always mobs that were 1 to 2 hits so people always focused on those. I think around 85 (before the GOD update) mobs would take a while unless you were in a group.

Yeah I left before that update so it's possible. Though there were mobs that could take longer, but one wouldn't solo in those places and of course you would want to group for that like you said.

Looks good but plenty of performance issues. Very themeparky with plenty of cut scenes, autopathing, grind quests, instanced solo dungeons just doesn't make me that interested in the game.
The parts that still make me interested in the game is party dungeons as a specialized healer. Hope there are plenty of them.
Iselin: And the next person who says "but it's a business, they need to make money" can just go fuck yourself.
I would not mind playing the game and quitting before the 'PvP buy item to stay out of PvP' comes to play but in the first video the performance is a definite concern on my part.

Yes, he actually says that at the start of the video.
I highly doubt the devs rebuilt the rebuild.
