All players visible on map

Anyone else see the video where one of the devs says all players are always visible on the overlay map? This seems like it will be a game breaking feature to me, with FFA PvP.

Another problem is that players are not restricted to 4 player groups just because the game limits player groups to 4 people. I'm sure players coming in from MMOs will have a fair amount more than 4 people coming in to play and they can just ally with eatchother's groups and pretty much just own an instance.
