Now here is a MMO that just needs a graphics overhaul, quite a decent supers MMO in fact.

I have tried multiple times to play this on PC from Frankfurt, Germany, and the latency and skill delay is absolutely horrible. Not sure if anyone plays this anymore on PC though anyways - and probably not from Europe.

Also animations. Though these are the most expensive parts of a game to develop (graphics and animations) tied to whole engine's functionality and performance - so probably never. Or boost will be so weak that it won't worth attention (like it happened in WoW and LotRO).

    Thank you for your time!

Well the boost in Lotro was not bad (though not that good either), and I think it is fair to say that Lotro's graphics are better than DCUO. If I remember rightly when DCUO launched it hardly got hailed for graphics, so it has not aged well and yes the animations need updating too.

I think DCUO was seen in a poor light because of CoH, but it has gameplay that I would like to see in any supers MMO.

Is this game worth playing? I played it at launch, but got pretty tired of it.

Gear progression becomes quite the impossible grind without spending money on replay tokens. Skill points are now needed in the hundreds and they are all acquired through achievement hunting.
If you have enough achievements on one character to get upwards of 250 skill points, you can spend further money for more replay tokens to unlock those achievements on an alt.

Some people will enjoy other, others won't.
