The unofficial Assassin's Creed Odyssey thread (since there wasn't one up)

Since it seems a few others are pretty excited for it, and I'm definitely one. I'd figured I'd make a thread for it...especially since release is pretty close by.

By far has to be in my top 3 favorite settings they could have chosen. Origins was fun too, and I always liked ancient Egypt. But, hard to beat Greek history/mythology for me. Plus a more focus on not just land gameplay, but a lot of sea/naval battles will add a lot more. 

And since I'm bound to buy it anyway at full price, going to pre-order as soon as I get paid on the 1st for the bonus mission. Maybe it will be super short or terrible or great, I dunno. But might as well get something extra since I'm not waiting for a sale.

I stopped doing those kind of threads. Instead I went back to my old way of posting and at least try to make quality threads or/and posts.

But yeah as far as the game goes...it looks like it goes a lot more down the RPG path than previous AC. Origins already was along that way but this goes even more. Dialogue choices and even choosing male/female.

When it comes to gaming series I need a long time between each one to summon up the interest to play in that world again, if we are lucky enough to be talking about a game with a world. So it will be ages until I play this one. But a good setting and we seem to have sailing, still beating Black Flag in my eyes will take some doing.
